West Linn Lions Girls Soccer 2-0 Tualatin

A clean sheet at home pushed West Linn girls soccer past Tualatin 2-0 on Thursday in a Three Rivers League (6A) contest played in West Linn, Oregon. The Lions controlled the match from start to finish, keeping the Tualatin offense off the board entirely while finding the net twice to secure the victory. The win improves West Linn to 5-4-3 overall and 2-0 in league play, a strong early foothold in the conference standings as the postseason picture begins to take shape. After entering the night at 4-4-3, the Lions needed a result like this to build momentum, and they delivered on their home pitch. Holding a clean sheet against a Tualatin side capable of putting pressure on opposing defenses makes the result even more encouraging. West Linn will look to keep that conference momentum going as league play intensifies in the coming weeks.
