West Linn Lions Girls Soccer 1-1 McDaniel

A hard-fought girls soccer match ended level Monday evening in West Linn, Oregon, as the Three Rivers League's West Linn Lions and McDaniel played to a 1-1 draw in non-league action. The result moves West Linn to 7-4-4 overall on the season, while the Lions continue to hold a perfect 4-0 record in 6A-5 Three Rivers League play.

Neither side could find a deciding goal despite each team finding the back of the net once, leaving both programs to split the points in a competitive contest at West Linn's home pitch. For the Lions, the draw extends an unbeaten run in league competition, a promising sign as the postseason approaches.

With the regular season winding down, West Linn will look to carry that conference momentum into its remaining matches and enter the playoffs on strong footing. The Lions' next opportunity to build on their record comes later this week.
