Milwaukie Mustangs Boys Soccer 0-7 Putnam

Putnam handed Milwaukie a lopsided 7-0 defeat Thursday in a Northwest Oregon Conference (5A) boys soccer match played on the road for the Mustangs, with the game taking place at Putnam's home ground rather than in Milwaukie, Oregon. The result drops Milwaukie to 2-9-1 overall and 1-2 in league play as the Mustangs continue to work through a difficult fall campaign. Putnam controlled the match from the opening whistle, finishing with seven unanswered goals while holding Milwaukie off the scoreboard entirely. Without detailed scoring information available, it is clear the Wildcats were dominant in all phases of the game. For Milwaukie, the challenge now is to regroup and find consistency before the postseason window closes. The Mustangs will look to bounce back in their next contest and build on their lone conference win, using the remaining schedule as an opportunity to finish the season on a stronger note.
