Oregon City Pioneers Softball 12-5 Grants Pass

Oregon City's offense came alive Wednesday night in a dominant 12-5 softball victory over Grants Pass on the road. The Three Rivers League (6A) squad from Oregon City, Oregon put together one of their most explosive performances of the season against the non-league opponent.
The Pioneers jumped out early and never looked back, building a commanding lead that allowed them to cruise to their fourth win in their last five games. Oregon City's balanced attack kept Grants Pass off balance throughout the contest, as multiple players contributed to the offensive outburst.
While Grants Pass managed to score five runs, it wasn't nearly enough to keep pace with Oregon City's relentless hitting display. The victory improved the Pioneers to 12-8 overall and 6-7 in Three Rivers League play as they continue building momentum late in the season.
With just a handful of games remaining in the regular season, Oregon City will look to carry this offensive energy into their final contests as they prepare for the postseason push.
