Molalla Indians Girls Soccer 7-1 Madras

Seven goals on the road tells the story. Molalla's girls soccer team dominated Madras 7-1 on Wednesday in Tri-Valley Conference (4A) play, giving the Molalla, Oregon, program a convincing league victory away from home. The result moves Molalla to 6-4 overall and 3-2 in conference play as the regular season enters its final stretch. The Indians poured in offense in impressive fashion, building a commanding advantage against the Buffs and never letting Madras find any real momentum. Madras managed just one goal against a Molalla side that looked sharp throughout. For a team that came into the night sitting at 5-4, this kind of performance carries weight beyond the win column. It signals the group is capable of high-level play when the moment calls for it. With the conference race still within reach, Molalla will look to carry this momentum into its next matchup and continue climbing in the Tri-Valley standings.
