About this program
Oregon Flash Fall 2026 competitive basketball tryouts serve boys in grades 3-12 and girls in grades 4-12. Girls in grades 4-5 try out Monday, August 24 from 5:00 to 6:30 PM, and girls in grades 6-8 try out from 6:30 to 8:00 PM. High school girls try out Tuesday, August 25 from 5:00 to 6:30 PM, followed by high school boys from 6:30 to 8:00 PM. Boys in grades 3-5 try out Wednesday, August 26 from 5:00 to 6:30 PM, and boys in grades 6-8 try out from 6:30 to 8:00 PM. All sessions are at West Hills Christian School. The tryout fee is $15. The Fall season runs September 8 through October 25. Youth teams cost $500 and include two practices or skills sessions per week plus 12 or more games. High school teams cost $650 and include three practices or skills sessions per week plus 14 or more games. Uniforms cost $50 to rent or $125 to purchase. Alternative evaluations are available for high school players. Eligibility is based on grade; the age range is included only to help families find the listing. Questions: jon@teamflash.org.
