Westside Christian Eagles Girls Soccer 8-0 Corbett

Westside Christian rolled to an 8-0 girls soccer victory over Corbett on Tuesday, a dominant road performance for the Tigard, Oregon-based program competing in the Lewis & Clark League (3A). The shutout win came away from home and moved Westside Christian to 4-4-2 overall and 2-1 in conference play, a meaningful bounce-back result for a squad that entered the day at 3-4-2. Playing on Corbett's home field, Westside Christian controlled the match from start to finish, building a commanding advantage across both halves and keeping a clean sheet defensively to secure the eight-goal margin. The lopsided result signals a team hitting its stride at the right point in the season, with the postseason window approaching. Conference positioning still very much in play, Westside Christian will look to build on this momentum and string together wins down the stretch as the Lewis & Clark League race tightens toward the end of the regular season.
