Westside Christian Eagles Girls Soccer 5-0 Trout Lake

A dominant shutout victory lifted Westside Christian's girls soccer program Monday, as the Eagles topped visiting Trout Lake 5-0 in a Lewis & Clark League (3A) contest played in Tigard, Oregon. The convincing win moved Westside Christian to 3-3-2 overall and evened their conference mark at 1-1 on the season. After entering the match sitting at 2-3-2, the Eagles responded with their most complete performance of the fall, keeping Trout Lake off the scoreboard entirely while finding the net five times. Without a detailed box score available, individual contributors are unknown, but the collective effort from the Westside Christian lineup was clear in the final margin. The victory carries added weight given the team's early-season inconsistency, and a league win provides a steadier footing heading into the heart of the schedule. The Eagles will look to build on this momentum as conference competition intensifies over the coming weeks.
