Tualatin Timberwolves Football 40-7 Grant

Tualatin's football team delivered a commanding 40-7 victory over Grant on Friday night in Tualatin, Oregon, closing out the regular season on a high note at home. The Timberwolves controlled the game from wire to wire, outscoring the Generals by 33 points in what amounted to one of their most complete performances of the fall. The win was a non-league contest, meaning it had no bearing on conference standings, but it gave Tualatin valuable momentum heading into the postseason. With the victory, the Timberwolves improve to 8-2 overall and 3-2 in conference play. Grant, representing Portland's Grant High School, could not keep pace against a Tualatin squad that looked sharp on both sides of the ball. The 33-point margin of victory speaks to the Timberwolves' depth and execution. With the regular season now complete, all eyes turn to playoff seeding and bracket positioning. If Tualatin plays with this kind of intensity into November, they will be a difficult out for any opponent.
