Tigard Tigers Football 19-40 Lakeridge

The Tigard Tigers ran into a tough Friday night, falling to Lakeridge by a final score of 40-19. The Blazers came out firing and never really let the Tigers find their footing, building a lead that Tigard just couldn't chip away at despite their best efforts down the stretch.

The Tigers showed some fight and put points on the board, but Lakeridge's offense was simply rolling on this night. Tigard struggled to generate consistent stops on the defensive end, and that made the uphill climb steeper as the game wore on. Credit to Lakeridge for coming in prepared and executing their game plan from start to finish.

With the loss, the Tigers drop to 3-2 on the season. It's a tough pill to swallow after a strong start, but there's still plenty of football left to play and Tigard has shown they're capable of competing at a high level. The focus now shifts to bouncing back next week and getting back into the win column.
