St. Helens Lions Girls Volleyball 3-0 Parkrose

St. Helens swept Parkrose 3-0 Tuesday night in girls volleyball, picking up a clean non-league victory on their home floor in St. Helens, Oregon. The Lions, who compete in the 5A-1 Northwest Oregon Conference, controlled the match from start to finish, taking all three sets without dropping one.

The win comes at a meaningful moment for St. Helens, which entered the evening at 5-5 and needed a confidence boost heading into the final stretch of the fall season. A sweep against Parkrose provides exactly that, moving the Lions to 6-5 overall and giving the roster a reminder of what they are capable of when they play clean, consistent volleyball.

With no detailed statistics available, the result itself tells the story. Sweeping any opponent requires sustained focus across multiple sets, and St. Helens delivered that Tuesday.

The Lions will look to carry that momentum forward as conference play continues to shape the standings and postseason picture in the weeks ahead.
