Scappoose Indians Girls Soccer 4-0 Astoria

Scappoose girls soccer kept its 4A-1 Cowapa League record spotless Thursday night, shutting out visiting Astoria 4-0 at home in Scappoose, Oregon. The convincing victory pushed the Indians to 10-2-1 on the season and an unblemished 9-0 in league play, a mark that underscores just how dominant this group has been throughout the fall campaign.

The four-goal effort against Astoria reflected a complete performance on both ends of the field. Scappoose controlled the attack while the backline held firm to preserve the clean sheet, the kind of balanced showing a team needs heading into the final stretch of the regular season.

With a perfect league record still intact, Scappoose has positioned itself well for a deep postseason run. The Indians enter the closing weeks of the 2026 season as one of the premier programs in 4A girls soccer, and their next opportunity to build on this momentum will come with the regular season winding toward its finish.
