Reynolds Raiders Girls Soccer 1-6 Nelson

Nelson handed Reynolds a 6-1 defeat Thursday evening in a Mt. Hood Conference (6A) girls soccer matchup, with the Raiders making the road trip from Troutdale, Oregon to face the Monarchs. Nelson controlled the contest from early on, building a commanding lead that Reynolds could not overcome despite finding the net once in the contest. The lone Raider goal offered a brief bright spot in an otherwise difficult night on the road. Reynolds now sits at 0-13 overall and 0-5 in conference play as the regular season winds toward its finish. The Raiders have faced a tough schedule throughout the fall, and Thursday's result reflects the challenges of competing in a physical 6A league environment. Reynolds will look to close out the season with renewed focus and effort, using these final games as an opportunity for younger players to gain valuable experience ahead of future campaigns. The next contest will give the Raiders another chance to compete and build momentum heading into the offseason.
