Portland Christian Royals Boys Soccer 8-0 Valor Christian

Eight goals and a clean sheet told the story Wednesday as Portland Christian boys soccer rolled past Valor Christian 8-0 in a Northwest League (2A) home match in Portland, Oregon. The lopsided result moves the Royals to 7-5 overall and a strong 5-1 in conference play, positioning them well in the league standings as the postseason window draws closer. Portland Christian controlled the match from the opening whistle, building a commanding lead that gave the home sideline plenty to celebrate. Valor Christian had no answer for the Royals' attack, and the shutout added a layer of defensive pride to what was already an impressive offensive performance. The win is a timely boost for a Portland Christian squad that entered the night at 6-5 and needed a statement result. With conference play nearing its conclusion, the Royals will look to carry this momentum into their remaining league matches and secure a favorable postseason position.
