Lakeridge Pacers Girls Volleyball 3-0 Tigard

Lakeridge defeated Tigard 3-0 on Thursday evening in a Three Rivers League (6A) girls volleyball match played at home in Lake Oswego, Oregon. The clean sweep lifted Lakeridge to 9-6 overall and 5-5 in conference play, keeping the team right in the thick of the league race as the regular season winds toward its finish. Playing in front of their home crowd, Lakeridge controlled the match from start to finish, never allowing Tigard to steal a set. The victory is a timely one. Sitting at the midpoint of conference play earlier this season, Lakeridge has worked to find consistency, and a sweep over a league opponent is exactly the kind of result that builds momentum. With the postseason approaching, every league win carries added weight for positioning. Lakeridge will look to build on this performance in their upcoming matches as they push to finish strong in the Three Rivers League standings.
