Lakeridge Pacers Boys Soccer 5-2 Tigard

Lakeridge dominated from start to finish Thursday, topping Tigard 5-2 in a Three Rivers League (6A) boys soccer matchup at home in Lake Oswego, Oregon. The convincing win pushed the Pacers to 10-1-1 overall and a perfect 3-0 in conference play, firmly planting them among the league's top contenders heading into the final stretch of the regular season. Lakeridge's offense looked sharp throughout, putting up five goals against a Tigard side that came in as a capable league opponent. The defense, while allowing a pair of goals, kept the Tigers from ever threatening to make things uncomfortable. With a three-goal margin of victory, the Pacers demonstrated both depth and efficiency in front of their home crowd. The result builds on a strong season that already featured just one loss heading into tonight's contest. Lakeridge will look to keep the momentum rolling as league play continues and playoff positioning comes into sharper focus in the coming weeks.
