Lake Oswego Lakers Girls Soccer 6-1 Aloha

A dominant road performance put Lake Oswego girls soccer back in the win column Thursday, as the Lakers defeated Aloha 6-1 in a non-league matchup at Aloha High School. Lake Oswego, a Three Rivers League (6A) program out of Lake Oswego, Oregon, poured in six goals to pull away convincingly and give the program a much-needed confidence boost after dropping their season opener. The Lakers controlled the match from early on, building a commanding lead that Aloha could not overcome, managing just a single goal in response. The lopsided scoreline signals a strong offensive effort from Lake Oswego, and the defense held firm for most of the afternoon, limiting the Warriors to minimal chances. With the victory, the Lakers move to 1-1 on the young season, evening their record heading into the heart of their non-league schedule. Lake Oswego will look to build on this momentum as they prepare for their next test on the schedule.
