La Salle Falcons Girls Volleyball 3-1 Crater

La Salle Prep picked up a road win Saturday, defeating Crater 3-1 in non-league girls volleyball action to move to 25-8 on the season. The Falcons of Milwaukie, Oregon, members of the 5A-2 Greater Metro Conference, made the trip south to Crater and left with a convincing four-set victory. Winning on the road against a non-league opponent late in the fall calendar is a solid confidence boost, and the Falcons showed enough resolve to close out the match after dropping one set along the way. With the postseason approaching, a performance like this one demonstrates that La Salle Prep can handle adversity and compete away from home without missing a step. The 25-8 record reflects a strong overall campaign for the Falcons, who have established themselves as a legitimate contender heading into the final stretch of the season. La Salle Prep will now turn its attention to upcoming league play and the looming 5A state playoff picture.
