Putnam Kingsmen Football 26-6 McKay

The Putnam Kingsmen put together a complete effort Friday night, rolling past McKay by a final score of 26-6 to snap back into the winning column in convincing fashion. It was exactly the kind of statement game Putnam needed, and the Kingsmen delivered from start to finish.
Putnam's offense kept the pressure on throughout the night while the defense made sure McKay never found any real rhythm, holding the visitors to just six points. The Kingsmen controlled the line of scrimmage on both sides of the ball, and that physicality set the tone early. When a team wins by 20, it usually means everybody showed up, and that was the case here.
With the victory, Putnam improves to 3-2 on the season, sitting right at the midpoint of the year with plenty of football left to play. The Kingsmen have shown they can win big when they're locked in, and this performance gives the program some real momentum heading into the back half of the schedule.
