Glencoe Crimson Tide Softball 2-12 Sherwood

Sherwood defeated Glencoe 12-2 in a non-league softball matchup Monday evening. The Crimson Tide from Hillsboro, Oregon, which competes in the Pacific Conference (6A), struggled offensively in the road contest against a strong Sherwood squad.
Glencoe managed just two runs against Sherwood's pitching staff, unable to generate the consistent offensive production that has characterized much of their successful season. The Bowmen capitalized on their scoring opportunities, building a commanding lead that proved insurmountable for the visiting Crimson Tide.
Despite the lopsided result, Glencoe maintains a strong overall record at 20-7 and sits at 7-4 in Pacific Conference play. The non-league loss serves as valuable experience against quality competition as the team prepares for the final stretch of conference games and potential postseason play.
The Crimson Tide will look to bounce back quickly from this setback and return to their winning ways. With their solid conference standing intact, Glencoe remains well-positioned for a strong finish to the spring season.
