Gladstone Gladiators Girls Soccer 4-1 Madras

A four-goal road performance lifted the Gladstone girls soccer team to a 4-1 victory over Madras on Tuesday, giving the Gladstone, Oregon, program a timely boost in 4A-2 Tri-Valley Conference play. The Gladiators controlled the match from start to finish, outshooting the host team and converting their chances at a steady clip while limiting Madras to a single goal on the afternoon. The win moves Gladstone to 7-5-1 overall and 4-4 in conference, keeping the Gladiators in the hunt as the regular season winds down. Playing away from home, the team showed resilience and composure, qualities that will matter in the postseason if they can carry this momentum forward. The result snaps what had been an uneven stretch of results and gives the squad something to build on heading into the final weeks of October. Gladstone's next opportunity to add to the win column will be a key one, with every remaining league game carrying playoff implications.
