Glencoe Crimson Tide Football 33-7 McMinnville

The Crimson Tide needed a statement win, and they delivered in a big way Friday night. Glencoe rolled past McMinnville 33-7, turning in one of their most complete performances of the season and giving their fan base plenty to cheer about heading into the weekend. From the opening drive, Glencoe controlled the tempo and never really let McMinnville get comfortable.

The defense was the story of the night, holding McMinnville to a single score while the offense did its job on the other side of the ball. The Crimson Tide piled up points in chunks, making it a long evening for the Grizzlies and sending a clear message that this Glencoe squad is capable of playing at a high level when things click. It was the kind of dominant effort that can shift momentum for a program heading into the back half of the season.

With the victory, Glencoe improves to 2-3 on the season. It is still a work in progress, but a 26-point win over a conference opponent is exactly the kind of confidence boost the Crimson Tide needed. Friday night was a reminder that this group has real potential, and the second half of the schedule just got a lot more interesting.
