Century Jaguars Girls Volleyball 0-3 West Salem

West Salem swept Century's girls volleyball team 3-0 on Thursday evening, handing the Jaguars a road loss in non-league play. Century, based in Hillsboro, Oregon, and competing in the Pacific Conference (6A), traveled to West Salem looking to build momentum but couldn't find answers against a Titan squad that controlled the match from the opening set. The Jaguars drop to 6-9 on the season with the result. Without a detailed box score, it's difficult to pinpoint a single turning point, but sweeps on the road typically signal a team that struggled to establish rhythm early and never quite recovered. For Century, the challenge now is translating effort into execution as the schedule moves deeper into October. The Jaguars will look to regroup and use this difficult road test as a learning moment. Their next opportunity to respond comes when they return to Pacific Conference play, where every result carries direct postseason implications.
