Tigard Tigers Boys Soccer 2-4 Central Catholic

Central Catholic pulled away for a 4-2 victory over Tigard in boys soccer on Tuesday evening, handing the Tigers a road defeat in Portland. Tigard, a Three Rivers League (6A) program out of Tigard, Oregon, traveled to face the Rams in what was a competitive but ultimately costly non-league contest to open the week. The Tigers showed enough to put two goals on the board, but Central Catholic's four-goal effort proved too much to overcome. Tigard now sits at 0-3 on the young season as the team works to find its footing heading into the heart of the fall schedule. Non-league matchups against programs from other classifications and conferences can serve as valuable lessons, even when the result does not go the right way. The Tigers will look to use Tuesday's experience as motivation and look to collect their first win of 2026 when they return to action later this week.
