Catlin Gabel Eagles Girls Soccer 9-0 Corbett

Catlin Gabel's girls soccer team left no doubt Tuesday, shutting out Corbett 9-0 in a 3A/2A/1A-SD1 Special District 1 league match played at home in Portland, Oregon. The Eagles were dominant from the opening whistle, piling up nine goals while keeping the Cardinals off the scoreboard entirely. With no detailed box score available, the margin itself tells the story of an offense that clicked on all cylinders and a defense that never wavered. The victory pushes Catlin Gabel to 11-0 overall and 2-0 in league play, keeping the Eagles as one of the most commanding teams in the district through the fall. Tuesday's result was not just a win; it was a statement. A perfect record heading deeper into league competition puts Catlin Gabel in strong position as the postseason begins to take shape. The Eagles will look to carry this momentum forward and continue building the kind of résumé that could carry them deep into the state playoffs.
