Banks Braves Girls Volleyball 3-1 Seaside

Banks volleyball picked up a much-needed road victory Monday night, defeating Seaside 3-1 in a non-league matchup on the Oregon Coast. The Braves, representing Banks, Oregon, and competing in the 4A-1 Cowapa League, improved to 12-11 on the season with the win.

Traveling to Seaside is never an easy task, and a four-set victory on the road carries real weight for a Banks squad that came in sitting right at .500. The Braves controlled enough of the match to take three sets, while Seaside showed resilience by claiming one of their own and keeping the contest competitive throughout.

The timing of this result matters. With the fall season winding toward its final stretch, a win like this builds confidence and gives the Braves positive momentum heading into their remaining schedule. Banks entered the night at 11-11 and leaves with a winning record for the first time in a while.

The Braves will look to build on this performance when they return to Cowapa League play later this week.
