Banks Braves Girls Soccer 5-0 Seaside

Banks shut out Seaside 5-0 on the road Tuesday in a Coastal Range League (3A) girls soccer matchup that showed just how dangerous the Braves can be away from Banks, Oregon. The commanding victory pushed Banks to 7-2 overall and 4-1 in league play, keeping them firmly in the mix as the postseason approaches. Seaside had no answer for the Braves attack, as Banks found the net five times while keeping a clean sheet on the defensive end. A five-goal road shutout is a statement performance in any league, and this one comes at a meaningful stretch of the schedule when every conference point matters. Banks has now won back-to-back league games and will look to build on the momentum as they push toward a strong finish in the Coastal Range League standings. The Braves return home next with plenty to play for in the weeks ahead.
