Banks Braves Girls Soccer 4-1 Tillamook / Neah-Kah-Nie

Banks girls soccer pulled away for a convincing 4-1 home win over Tillamook/Neah-Kah-Nie on Thursday evening in Banks, Oregon, strengthening the Braves' position in the Coastal Range League (3A) standings. The victory moves Banks to 8-2 overall and 5-1 in league play, keeping the Braves firmly in the hunt for a conference title with just a few weeks remaining in the regular season. Banks controlled much of the match on their home pitch, building a lead that the Braves would not relinquish. The four-goal output showed an offense capable of generating sustained pressure, while the defense limited a Tillamook/Neah-Kah-Nie side to a single goal. The win was a strong bounce-back statement for a team that carries real postseason ambitions heading into October. With league play entering its final stretch, Banks will need to maintain this level of performance. The Braves return to action next week looking to keep their conference record moving in the right direction.
