About this camp
The Bowerman Running Camp is a premier residential running camp for high school athletes entering grades 9–12, held in Bend, Oregon. Campers live and train like professionals, participating in daily training runs, education sessions on nutrition, performance psychology, running mechanics, strength and mobility, goal setting, and more. Extracurricular activities include team Olympics, whitewater river rafting, swimming in the Deschutes River, and lawn games. Staff includes collegiate athletes, college coaches, registered dietitians, form specialists, Bowerman Elite Runners, and Nike Footwear Developers. Athletes are supervised at all times with certified athletic trainers and a doctor on-call.
